Pearson Fitness is your alternative to large, impersonal gyms. We focus on relationships with our members, customer service that exceeds your expectations, and education designed to help you get the most out of your work-outs. We are not your typical “social club,” warehouse type gym, nor are we the“hardcore” gym depicted in many magazines and television shows.
Our gym is getting more popular all the time. We used to run this special almost every month, but now we open it only 3 or 4 times a year to make sure we can give proper attention and space to each member. We will have to shut down this program registration once it's filled up! 

We choose serious participants so we can focus on their goals and getting them amazing results.

FAQs
What if I am a beginner to working out?
That's totally fine! We are used to having beginners try our program, which is why we only hire the best and brightest coaches who will adapt the workout specifically for you. 
Do I have to change my lifestyle for this to work?
While we always encourage you to work on eliminating your negative habits, we are all human here! Our program is designed around your lifestyle. The more you adjust outside of the gym, the better results you'll see.
I'm very busy, do I really have time for this?
We have class times from 5am to 7pm to choose from. If you do not think that it will work for you, reach out anyways, and we'll see if we have another program that better suits you. We can say with confidence that a couple of hours doing our workouts will be much better than what you're currently doing...or not doing.
