Pearson Fitness Summer Classes are a high energy, fun filled exercise class for students in middle and high school. We strive to increase the health and fitness level of kids in a fun, safe, positive and motivating environment by utilizing fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more.

For our younger friends, students aged 3 - 11, we are again offering Recess & Results with Suzanne. Recess & Results is on a mission to save the world one recess at a time. R&R teaches healthy lifestyles such as fitness and good nutrition with age appropriate, entertaining exercise by using games for kids. Essentially it is play with a purpose! It is our goal that children who learn healthy lifestyle habits at an early age will continue to practice these habits for a lifetime.  Details are listed below.

Middle School / High School
Summer Sessions

Session A => Jun 3 - Jul 5 (5 weeks), $149
Session B => Jul 8 - Aug 9 (5 weeks), $149
Session C => Jun 3 - Aug 9 (Both), $249

All Youth Classes Open to Your Student:

Youth Power Strength
Monday/Wednesday, 11:00-11:45AM
Coach Joey
This class is 50% strength, 50%conditioning, and 100% fun! Your kids will learn proper techniques and form to increase their upper and lower bodies. They will perform functional lifts with body weight, focus on core strength and muscle toning for a total body workout.

Teen Titans (Beginner to Advanced)
Monday/Wednesday , 4:30 - 5:15pm
Coach Henry
This class focuses on muscle development by teaching weight training fundamentals. The workouts are focused on technique and movement precision.

Youth Sports Performance
Tuesday/Thursday , 4:45 - 5:30pm
Coach Henry
For aspiring to elite athletes, this class teaches the methods and exercises necessary to bring out an athlete's full performance potential and improve the physiological capacity of each athlete.

Kickstart Kids
Tuesday/Thursday, 5:30 - 6:00pm
Coach Phil
This class is designed to help children move their bodies and stay active. The workouts are designed to help improve overall body conditioning and physical fitness levels.

Youth Cardio Fusion
Saturday , 9:00 - 9:30am
Coach Phil 
This class is designed to allow your child to channel their high level of energy into fun fitness activities that develop cardiovascular endurance. 

Recess & Results
Younger Kids, Ages 3 to 11

M/W/F Classes at 9am:
June=> 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21
4th of July is FREE!
July=> 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26

6 Classes on a punch card can be purchased in advance (via the green button below) for $10 per class, or $12 per each class the day of attendance.
Our Kids Camp Mission:
Create an environment where students of all ages learn the physical and mental benefits of being fit, and associate fitness with fun!
Meet Kyle! He was with us longer than a 5 week camp, but he is a great example of our success with kids!

Kyle did an amazing job! He felt overwhelmed in the beginning, but his coaches helped to keep him motivated, and he hung in there, even when it got tough. He lost a ton of weight, and is stronger and faster, but more importantly, he is healthier and happier!

He now knows what it feels like to be in shape, and hopefully that will stick with him for a lifetime.

What if my child is a beginner to working out?
That's totally fine! We are used to having beginners try our program, which is why we only hire the best and brightest coaches who will adapt the workout specifically for them. We will meet them where they are starting out and build from there.

Do you help with Nutrition?
Sure, we are always available to help make suggestions with nutrition.
